Terms of Service for Verifi.life Video Verification

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Verifi.life Video Verification Service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service: Verifi.life provides a video-based verification system to determine whether a user of an online video platform is human or a bot. The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze video data and make this determination.

User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Verifi.life.

User Account: To use the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Privacy and Data Collection: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using our Service, you agree to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms and Conditions: When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to ##### . After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to ##### . After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Verifi.life, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. whereas we attempt to provide the most accurate verification service, you acknowledge that our verification service is based on the valid use of our technology and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. 

Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
